Ray Harkness-Personal Profile Ray Harkness has been a licensed investigator since 1993 in the State Of New York. In 2006, he obtained additional licensing and the State of Florida, and provides services in New York State as well as Florida.
He is a former District Attorney Investigator specializing in Fraud, Economic Crime, Crimes to Financial Institutions, Insurance Fraud and also specialized in the area of Elder Abuse and Elder Fraud. Mr. Harkness also worked in various levels of law enforcement including a Township Police Department, and later with the State of New York.
He also had a dual career and worked as a Director of Corporate Security with several large financial institutions in New York State. This allows a unique approach and understanding and support to Banks, Business and Corporations.
Fully licensed and bonded, he is available to provide services that meet and exceed needs of the entities requiring this type of service. He also has a team of additional highly trained investigators working with him, to provide services in a timely and professional manner. These Investigators have years or serviced in law enforcement, Social Services and in the Insurance Industry. Every effort is made to provide confidential and thorough investigations to each entity in order to assist them in resolving their needs and requirements. |
